Nine lives extend into 2016

I was pretty sure my neighbor’s cat was at the end of the line back in the summer of 2014.

But she made it through that year, and the next.

And here she is (yesterday) in 2016.

I don’t see her much these days. She mostly stays in.

But every time we do cross paths, I’m reminded to never count anyone out too soon.

I hope this will be a good year for all of us.
