Coeur d’Alene Slice reader Randy Severson dropped off a bottle of his homemade pear wine.

Isn’t that nice?

Adorned with a festive label that says “We wish you a Peary Christmas,” Randy’s wine has gotten good reviews so far.

I plan to save my bottle for an occasion that calls for just such a libation.
