This is Tiffiny Santos, an outstanding third-grade teacher at Westview Elementary in northwest Spokane.

In 2014, her students helped me come up with instructions for creating a jack-o’-lantern.

And just this morning I visited her classroom to, well, you can read about it in Sunday’s Slice column.
