Got an email from my friend, Tomas Kelley Lynch.

“Today’s opening question, could one “…bold, relentlessly proper and considerate…” bicycle rider convert Spokane’s bike-haters to acceptance? In a word, “no.” I have employed this tactic for a couple of decades. There is no empirical data supporting the conversion of even one such driver. I have come to accept the conclusion that “haters gonna hate.”
