Spokefest is this weekend.
That’s all well and good. But isn’t that leaving out some of those who make the bike-riding scene in Spokane what it is?
You know who I’m talking about.
What if there were an event for those who disdain bike riders and everything about cycling?
What would it be called and what would be some of the featured activities?
