Spokane a N. Korean target?

North Korea continues to rattle its saber against the United States and our allies in South Korea and Japan. As it continues to test missiles as carriers of nuclear warheads, it may have targets among those allies.

What about American targets in Hawaii, Alaska and on the mainland of the United States? Does the U.S. military or intelligence agencies know whether Fairchild Air Force Base and Spokane are among North Korea’s target list, along with military facilities in the Puget Sound area?
