Avista can’t fool me

It’s nice to see daily TV commercials on how Avista and its “Human Energy” staff give a helping hand to the needy through Second Harvest. But like wolves in sheep clothing, beware.

Avista continues to stick it to its customers by continuing to push for yet another rate hike, this time for $9. This is after Avista was turned down by the utility commission.

Where’s the “Human Caring” staff of Avista when it comes to its customers, especially at Christmas, a time of giving?

If Avista has its way again with raising rates time after time, it won’t be long before we customers will be the next in line with the needy at the front door of Second Harvest.
