Signs of the season (West Side version)

Longtime Spokane resident Bill Anderson moved to the other side of the state not too long ago, to be near family.

But he’s still getting used to life on the West Side.

The other night, he heard a TV weather guy note that, as spring marches toward summer, area residents will start to note the rain getting warmer.
