Jessica Kovac, founder of Blessings Under the Bridge, hands out candy to families in need as they wait for a Christmas dinner on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, under the I-90 bridge. The program provides services for the homeless, from haircuts to clothing, food, counseling and many other necessities.
