Mueller’s truth ignored

What does politics have in common with truth? (I’m reminded of a song lyric from “War!”) “Ab-so-lutely nothin’!”

Robert Mueller spoke the truth, today. And then the politicians (both Democrat and Republican) grabbed it and started chewing on it, slobbering and snarling, turning into a disgusting and messed-up rag. What a load of …

He said that all Americans should be very concerned about the Russian tactics that are being used against us and their war (his words) to influence our elections and our position in NATO and in the world. All Americans should recognize the reality and be up in the face of our so-called “leaders” - telling them to focus on what’s really important and fix it!

Did anyone - on either side of the congressional aisle - listen? Based on what happened in the news afterwards … nope. Idiots. The lot of them. And we aren’t much better if we let them get away with it.

Personally, I would like to hear what Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Patty Murray have to say, and whether any of it sounds like they get it.
