The danger of worrying

With all the hoopla surrounding the coronavirus, and the mass hysteria of climate change, it is time to address a condition which is far worse as far as personal impact. I am referring to worry.

Worry can bring about many maladies ranging from insomnia and migraines to ulcers and arrhythmia. The adverse changes from worry can even bring about tooth decay.

The answer to your worries is only a prayer away. Jesus promised to be with you every step of the way. When he said ” fear not …,” he meant it. Even something as simple as writing down your concerns (and the possible solutions) can keep your head out of the clouds and anchored in the here and now.

Hysteria can make people do the most foolish things. Use your brain and don’t follow the herd.
