Labrador reportedly being considered for Secretary of the Interior

Politico is reporting today that Idaho Rep. Raul Labrador is being considered for secretary of the interior in a new Trump Administration. Citing “multiple sources,” the news site says Washington Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers still is the frontrunner, but that Trump has expanded his search and is also now considering Labrador and Rep. Ryan Zinke, R-Montana, for the position. Both Labrador and Zinke met with Trump yesterday at Trump Tower; Politico says those meetings were job interviews for the position of interior secretary. McMorris Rodgers also met with Trump yesterday.
