IE: Dealing w/Bad Days

dread bad days. Trouble is, I can't see ahead to know when they're gonna happen. I usually don't realize I'm having a bad day until I'm about 2/3's of the way thru it, preceded by perhaps just a tad more anxiety than usual which turns in upon itself, and all of a sudden, I've got to get home, away from everyone and everything. Actually, though, after my recent visits to the Dentist, I haven't had much chance to actually dread anything, due to the fact I'm still having to get used to these new teeth in my cranio-facial cavity which more or less feel like a hockey puck right about now/Idaho Escapee. More here.

Question: When do you know you're having a bad day, and how do you deal with it?
