I googled myself to find out what this new professional acquaintance might have dug up prior to meeting me and found that I had been named in a stranger’s obituary! “Finally, thank you to Cindy Hval, Stefanie Pettit, Cheryl-Anne Milsap and Doug Clark who, through their writing, touched her heart, transported her to far away places and constantly amused her!” — So touched. Even if she did mention me in the same sentence as Doug Clark.”
