Write-In McFadden To Face Spencer

Larry Spencer, the maverick conservative who is running for county assessor on the Democratic ticket and trying to take over the Kootenai County Democratic Party has a write-in challenger. Shirley McFadden, of Athol, pictured, an unsuccessful challenger in the Senate District 2 race against Sen. Steve Vick, R-Dalton Gardens, in 2012, has filed as a write-in candidate against Spencer. She filed Thursday. Her campaign treasurer is Paula Neils. Tomorrow is the last day to file as a write-in candidate for federal, state, legislative or county office for the Primary Election (May 20) with the Secretary of State or County Clerk.

Question: Do you think Republicans will pass up their chance to vote in the Fulcher-Otter race to cross over and vote for Spencer in the assessor's race or Spencer's army of uber-cons who are trying to take over the Democratic Central Committee?
