Dr. Chuckles: Java Still Good, But ...

Dr. Chuckles (RE: new Java location on Sherman, at old Jonesy's restaurant): Took the family to 'New Java' last Saturday morning. The ambiance is completely different; it is more 'diner' than 'hipster coffee shop'. ... When we went, the 4-5 tables outside were full (it was a gorgeous morning); and about 75% of the tables inside were full. It was more busy than I expected. It was exceptionally well-staffed and the service was prompt. Coffee was good as ever. We probably won't go back, just due to the flow of the restaurant. We enjoyed the 'vibe' at the 4th street location and the close proximity to Wiggets.

DFO: Sounds like the service and product offered by Java at location is still good, but the vibe may be different. I need to put a visit to Java on my list of things to do next week. How about you? Are you ready to test-drive Java at new Sherman Avenue location?
