Huckleberries Online

Slice of Life

By day, Facebook Friend Darcy Johnson is a paralegal for Virginia Robinson's nonprofit legal firm, Attorneys Northwest. Also by day, she's a quick-thinking woman who saved another woman from a multi-vehicle crash and costly car repairs. At about 2:30 this afternoon, Darcy was dropping off mail in the box in front of the Idaho Tax Commission when she saw a small car begin to roll backward. No one was in the small sedan. Without hesitating, Darcy darted to the open car window and pulled the brake before the vehicle hit three other cars parked in the lot. At that point, a thirtysomething rushed out of the building, exclaiming that she'd forgotten to set her brake. Darcy relayed this story on her Facebook page, where some friends are now calling her "Super Dart."

Question: Have you done something this heroic? Or had someone do it for you?
