Vote for Waldref

The Spokesman-Review

The city of Spokane is facing some tough challenges ahead, dealing with loss of revenue due to the current recession. It is imperative that the mayor and council show true leadership and make good, sound decisions to lead us out of this crisis.

In northeast Spokane we have a prime opportunity to elect a true and competent leader to make those decisions in these tough times. More important, Amber Waldref will make decisions that will not only get us through these tough times, but will ensure the future of Spokane.

I have known Amber Waldref and her family for many years. She is not only very intelligent and highly educated, but has good common sense. These are attributes we need on the council.

Amber grew up in northeast Spokane. She will not only be a great representative of District 1, but of the greater Spokane area. Amber is the right person at the right time for Spokane.

I would certainly encourage the citizens of District 1 to support Amber Waldref for City Council.
