Obama’s all talk

I am going crazy watching the inactivity of President Sit-On-His-Hands. He does nothing but give us happy talk.

Prosecute war criminals and financial criminals? Better to leave the past in the past. Next?

Help the unions overcome attempts to destroy them? Why, we support unions. Next?

Libya, help the Libyan opposition. We support the Libyan people. Next?

Oppose the efforts of state legislatures, such as in Idaho, Indiana, Michigan and Florida, who are hell-bent on destroying public education? Why, education is our future. Next?

Rebuke the Congress for its disgraceful grandstanding? Not now, have to work on my agenda, which is to deliver more rhetoric.

Last week I had a conversation with a student at the University of Idaho who said she was graduating and would become an elementary school teacher. I told her not to bother applying for a job in Idaho. She replied: “Oh, I know all about the situation in Idaho, and I wouldn’t dream of applying for a job here.” So speaks one of their own.

Tuesday morning a supporter of President Twiddle-His-Thumbs said that Obama is committed to Gadhafi leaving. Oh? Committed exactly how? Committed to keep talking about Gadhafi leaving? He didn’t say.
