Statute change no answer

We know that pastor Creach is dead. We also know that Deputy Hirzel shot him.

Now another toothless law is being proposed in Olympia. One that will have no effect. It seems to me a simple change in policy could have saved lives. All the sheriff’s department has to do is call a business and tell the owner what they plan to do. The owner then knows to expect the presence of law enforcement. Had this simple task been done, pastor Creach would still be alive.
