Obama gets the blame

A Sept. 29 letter had a good headline, “How gullible are we?”, but the author of the letter could not have been more wrong.

I read his letter twice, but I could not find the name Barack Obama. How can that be, when Obama has been our president for three years? Don’t get me wrong, government does not create jobs. The government can only create the environment to promote hiring. But they can also create the environment to stifle employment.

Those on the left forget about Obama’s claim that if the 2009 stimulus was passed, unemployment would never go over 8 percent! Talk to any small-business owner and invariably they will tell you the same thing. Obama’s regulations, policies and health care have led to a wait-and-see attitude. That is why the economy cannot jump-start itself.

Yes, there are a lot of people who are gullible. Especially those who cannot/will not see the truth. President Obama is the problem. Luckily, we have only 13 more months to endure his unique way of “leading” this great country.
