Oldsters for Ahern

We oldsters lift our canes and crutches to City Council candidate John Ahern. Talk about experience. Ahern has been in politics for years and years. He has come from an era where you elected a politician who stood for tradition and the right way of doing things; one who fought to keep things the way they were when we gathered around the radio and went to the drug store for a soda.

Ahern will show those greenhorns on the council the value of career politics which continues on and on. It is a reminder that no matter how old you are, you can still contribute.
