Vestal belongs on editorial page

Mona Charen has been dropped from the editorial page after accumulating too many conservative affiliations. Meanwhile, Shawn Vestal continues to share his personal political opinions freely and frequently in his news articles.

When Vestal performs investigative journalism, such as his exposé on Ridpath developer Greg Jeffreys, he is a fine reporter. But most of the time his column belongs on the opinion page, along with his like-minded comrades, Gary Crooks and Gary Graham.
