All rapes an outrage

I wonder if there would have been any outrage if they had named the drink “Prison Grape Kool-Aid?” It seems like whenever I read about a suspect or defendant in a media outlet online, there are often large percentages of the comments that express a desire to have the accused or convicted raped once they are incarcerated.

It begs the question: Are some forms of rape more socially acceptable/less morally reprehensible then others? Rather than, “She was asking for it, she was wearing a skirt,” it’s, “He was asking for it, he was wearing stripes.”

Am I the only one troubled by this cognitive disconnect?
