Re-elect Sheriff Ozzie

Sheriff Knezovich is one of the best sheriffs Spokane County has elected. Of the candidates, he is the only qualified leader.

He insists on honesty and professionalism from his deputies and staff. The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is one of the best-trained departments because of his leadership. He has uncompromising values and consistently demonstrates his belief that all citizens deserve the best.

The sheriff operates with transparency. He does not cover up scandals but addresses them appropriately and in a timely manner.

I retired from the Sheriff’s Office in 1995. Many of us worked hard to build the office into the professional department it is today. It is a department we are proud of and one the citizens demanded and deserve. To uphold the standards of excellence set for the department, the sheriff retains those officers who meet those expectations.

People deserve law enforcement that will respond to their needs and calls for service with swift action, trusted expertise, respect and dignity. Sheriff Knezovich has worked hard to maintain and improve a professional department that answers this call of service every day.
