Annoying dog owners

This is a multiple choice test. Pick one. The question: What’s more annoying?

A. The next-door neighbor who lets her dog use your yard for his personal business.

B. The man or woman who attempts to drive the car with that yippy little dog sitting in his or her lap (worse than texting).

C. The person at the grocery store who thinks it’s OK for the dog to be in the cart where your next meal will soon be.

D. People who use studded tires.

I know D is not quite the same thing (or maybe it is), but you get the idea. Some people were just born to rub the rest of us the wrong way.
