What about knives?

Wow! Shawn Vestal (March 18) endorses another gun confiscation bill. Why does that not surprise me?

Vestal has never seen a gun confiscation bill that he did not like. He wants to have mentally ill people appear before a judge and have the judge confiscate all their guns.

Vestal conveniently forgets that last week The Spokesman-Review published statistics for murders in Spokane. Almost half of the murders were committed with knives. Hard to fathom Vestal’s logic.
