Rest of Holyk story

With regard to Steve LaCombe’s March 20 letter “Cultural awareness lacking,” in part it was indicated Ryan Holyk’s death was caused by fault of a Spokane deputy. There are two sides to a pancake, and the letter did not mention the boy was riding his bike at night without lights, brakes or a helmet and rode through a red light.

Now can you better understand who caused the accident? Should we also consider his parents be held accountable for allowing him to ride his bike in this condition? Enough already.
