Luna Explains Strategy To ICB On QT

ICB’s complaint Tuesday that Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna and his allies in the GOP were losing the PR campaign to opponents of Luna’s education reforms prompted Luna to reach out to ICB. In a posting Wednesday , ICB said he felt better, but wondered whether he’ll also hear from the Idaho Republican Party. As for Luna, their talk was on the QT/ Dan Popkey , Idaho Statesman.
