• 11:20 a.m. 2 dogs are running loose @ Government Way & Hayden, causing traffic hazard.

• 9:58 a.m. Rathdrum police are looking for an estranged father from Spokane Valley who took his 1MO baby from mother @ N Coeur d’Alene Street & @ 2nd/Rathdrum and is driving a gold 2006 Chevy Malibu. Officers are told to stop & detain the man.
• 9:53 a.m. 80ish man is unconscious at Pinewood care center, 2514 N7th/CdA.
• 9:47 a.m. Caller is concerned for welfare of 2YO Post Falls area girl living in filth w/bad diaper rash.
• 9:18 a.m. Caller from 100 block of W. Masters reports being harassed by phone.
• 9:07 a.m. Post Falls apartment manager reports man is agitating residents by slamming doors.
• 8:50 a.m. Randy reports his ex has broken their custody order.
• 8:10 a.m. Patrol officer wants father to return to scene in which his Coeur d’Alene High daughter was involved in crash. Daughter told officer she exchanged insurance info with other driver. But officer believes father may have been driving. Officer tells dispatch that he’ll go to father’s place of employment if he doesn’t return to the scene immediately. Father says he can’t.
