• 10:29 a.m. Trucker hauling full load of hay asked patrol officer how he can get around the weigh scales entering Washington. Officer reports trucker plans to go down Seltice Way & onto H53.
• 10:24 a.m. Dispatch tells officer to quit responding to woman locked out of vehicle in Post Falls. Husband has arrived with second set of car keys.
