The Spokesman-Review has decided not to appeal Judge John Luster’s order that it turn over information re: the indentity of commenter Almost Innocent Bystander to attorneys for former Kootenai County GOP Central Committee Chairwoman Tina Jacobson. The paper will turn over those documents Tuesday. Meanwhile, Linda Cook has identified herself in a posting in the Coeur d’Alene Press this morning as Almost Innocent Bystander.
