• 10:20 a.m. Shoshone County has put out ATL (attempt to locate) 220-pound female 2 tattoos on arms who is believes to be hitchhiking from Great Falls, Mont., to Portland.
• 9:35 a.m. Truck w/cones & ladders swerving @ w/b I-90/MP 7 (H41, Post Falls).
• 9:31 a.m. Deputy is checking possible stolen vehicle w/dealership window sticker.
• 9:07 a.m. ISP officer has 3 people in custody at undisclosed highway location.
• 8:59 a.m. Post Falls male complaining of extremely sore throat, ears; may have overdosed.
