• 10:19 a.m. 3 CPD officers moving in on shoplifter, sitting on couch in undisclosed store, who has tools to disarm alarms on clothing & sundry items. Officer in parking lot finds other burglary tools in male’s vehicle. (Update: Arrest made).

• 9:19 a.m. 21YO male, 5-11/170, with shaved head, ran from police when spotted near old Elmers Restaurant @ H95/Neider. He’s wanted by felony probation violation on an original charge of possession of controlled substance.
