The Slice

An encounter with a clerk

A female shopper at a South Hill department store asked an employee where she might find graph paper.

He got on his radio and asked a fellow clerk where to look for "graft" paper.

Several conversations ensued, in which he said "graft" paper about a dozen times.

No one corrected him.

But in the end the shopper found the graph paper. So perhaps all's well that ends well.
