The Slice

Where would Jason Bourne go in Spokane?

You know how, in the Matt Damon movies, his Jason Bourne character can be found in all sorts of exotic locations around the globe.

You name it: Berlin, Paris Zurich, Naples, Moscow, Greece, India. The list goes on and on.

But have you ever asked yourself what might bring Bourne to Spokane and where he might be seen while dashing through the Lilac City?

My guess is he might try eluding assassins in the middle of Bloomsday or Hoopfest.

Or maybe he could dodge gunfire at Pig Out in the Park. "They're shooting the ribs!" horrified citizens might cry out.

Maybe he'd find himself in a car chase on Division, made doubly harrowing by potholes.

Or perhaps, if he was intent on laying low, he could hole up in a nearby lake cabin.

"Do you know that new guy, Fred?"

"No, but I've noticed he leaves a trail of bodies wherever he goes. Figure it's none of my business."
