Convenient COVID-19 testing for the general public offered at no out of pocket cost with valid insurance. Cash pay available at select locations. Antiviral treatment available for patients experiencing mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms via telehealth. The site is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and will offer Lab PCR testing at no cost to patients. Walk-ups are welcomed and appointments can be made ahead of time on our website at curative.com
