Beginning Buddhism
Nuns from Sravasti Abbey Buddhist monastery teach a weekly class to explore the Buddhist worldview, based on the ethics of non-harming and calming the heart-mind. The class includes teachings, guided meditation, and discussion. 6-7:30 p.m.
