Conversations of My Mothers
When Micki Panttaja passed away in May, 2016, after a long battle with cancer, she left a legacy of creative work that inspired friends and family to set up a University of Idaho endowment in her honor. The Micki Panttaja Playwriting Scholarship Endowment will support the work of an undergraduate or graduate student focused on playwriting at the UI. Online donations can be made at http://www.uidaho.edu/giving/make-a-gift. To honor Micki’s talent and encourage donations to the endowment, a staged reading of “Conversations of My Mothers,” by Micki Panttaja, will be presented. Admission is free but tickets are required. Tickets are available at BookPeople of Moscow, at the UI Theatre office, room 201 in Shoup Hall or at the Hartung an hour before curtain, while supplies last. Donations will be accepted at the event.
