Sleep Apnea and Snoring: How Do They Affect Cognitive Performance and Mood?

Sept. 26. The Spokane chapter of the American Sleep Apnea Association hosts this lecture exploring the connection between sleep apnea, mood disorders and brain performance in adults and children – including problems with memory, concentration, job performance, learning difficulties, depression, Alzheimer’s disease and ADHD-type symptoms. Treatment options discussed will include CPAP, oral appliance and combination therapies.
