Beginning Bird Watching Class

June 2, 2018

Learn the basics about bird watching and take a walk at Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge to see and identify birds. Sponsored by Friends of Turnbull and Spokane Audubon Society, you will learn what to look for, how to use binoculars and identification references. Choose from one first Saturday, either April 6, May 5 or June 2. Meet in the TNWR Classroom at 8:45 a.m. and be prepared to walk for 90 minutes on the Refuge. Families with children older than 8 are welcome. Class is free; $3 per car entrance to Refuge.
