Bob Ferguson is Washington State’s Attorney General. He, along with 14 other states attorneys general, filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over the plan to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. In early 2018, federal judges granted injunctions to keep DACA in place for now.
