Featuring a reading of the National Tartan Day Resolution of the Arbroath by guest speaker Dr. Jack Downs from WSU. Also the Angus Scott Pipe & Drum Band, Spokane School of Highland Dance, Scottish Country Dancers, displays of tartans and weaponry, making of kilts by Spokane Weavers Guild and clan genealogy.
