“Orienting Our Lives towards God: Mental and Physical Benefits for Catholic Living,” taught by Catholic therapists Teresa Warren and Michael D’Esterre. Learn about the relationship between Church teachings and current therapeutic practices related to our physical and emotional experiences, especially related to stress, pain and hardship. Includes the Mass, and two conferences, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, lunch, and concludes with the Rosary and Adoration.
