Japanese Children’s Day Celebration
In Japan, May 5 is the national holiday, “Children’s Day.” It celebrates children’s happiness and respect their personalities. In this hands-on presentation, participants will make a Kabuto (warrior helmet), Koinobori (the carp-shaped flags), and Tako (Japanese style kite).
