Valleyfest Multi-Sport Day
A wide variety of physical activities for people of all abilities. The selections include a 5K run, a 10K run, a duathlon, a triathlon and a free family bike ride. Registration information is available at valleyfest.org. The courses begin at various locations in Spokane Valley.
