Learn the legal requirements to own goats in Spokane, including number and type of animals allowed, manure/odor control, buying goats, social needs of goats, basic healthcare, and much more. Required for keeping goats in the City of Spokane. Instructor helped draft the urban animal ordinance and has kept goats all her life. Scholarships available through WSU Extension.
