Spokane Faith and Values Coffee Talk: Compassion in the Face of Crime and Homelessness
Panelists are: Rev. Andy CastroLang, who opened Westminster UCC as a warming shelter last year; Mayoral candidate Ben Stuckart, who has made addressing homelessness a key issue in his campaign; Phil Altmeyer, executive director of Union Gospel Mission, a Christian organization which ministers to the poor; and, Edie Rice-Sauer, executive director of Transitions, which aims to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.
