All events are 3-5 p.m. for children ages 7-12. Snack provided. Oct. 22: Owl cookie or cupcake decorating. Oct. 24: Costume exchange and/or making (ages 1-12). Oct. 31: Halloween treats at the Newport Library. Registration required. Call or visit creatarts.org to register.
