Jan. 4-5. Meet fitness experts on yoga, barre, jazzercise and strength training. Featuring fitness classes, vendors, activities, events and seminars including a rock climbing wall, fit body bootcamp, spin classes and a row competition. Powerlifting competition and CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu tournaments Saturday and roller derby games Sunday. Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
